Zebra Card with Thin cuts
Today I thought I would share this simple cute Zebra Thin cuts card. I used the Wild backgrounds stamp from the last catalogue for my zebra stripes. This is a fun way to get some mileage out of those awesome Basic thin cuts.
Pregnancy card
Got a friend with baby news? I stretched the 'body' out on the Paper pal base so I could draw her arms nestling her tummy. I had to give her a striped dress to hide some of the stamping lines at the top of the legs. I wanted to give her a different hair style, so my LePen got some good use The tiny hearts are the fall out from the Shaker window confetti thin cut die. I used my old watercolour pencils to colour her in. You could totally make this a blue tone...or choose a neutral colour like lemon...
Guitar Valentines Card
Just thought I would share another potential Valentines card ...for guitar lovers. I used the Letter board stamp set for the frame, background & sentiment. I ran the circle dies only partway through my Big Shot (one at a time) then reversed the direction so they wouldn't cut out completely...then I finished the guitar body off with my micro tip scissors. My guitar is raised up on foam dots. I drew in the strings and music notes using LePen. (Champagne is a retired colour now, but you could replace with Almond)
Mermaid Card
As soon as my six year old daughter saw the shape of a Paper Pal base die cut, she said it looked like a Mermaid tail...so i had to bring her idea to life!! I used the sunglasses for her bikini top. Cut a red set and split it to extend the long hair. Hand drew the face because I wanted it to look a bit more like Ariel I loved this sentiment from Face Palm stamp set to match!
Broken Arm Card
I played with the Paper Pals stamps & dies today, along with the Face Palm stamp set. I thought this was a cute little card combining these sets :)
